I am a late 30's latch key kid product to the cooking world. I only cook as a hobby but everyone loves my cooking and I am always requested to cook at any family function. I am told I should change careers, but I would rather keep it something I love to do rather than something I have to do.

Chicken Enchiladas, Chicken Curry Salad, Black Refried Beans, Potato Salad, Pumpkin Chocolate Cookies, Pesto Chicken, Chili, and many others
My cooking tragedies
Trying to use spaghetti squash as my noodles. Meat Loaf always and pancakes always!! Those are two things I can not ever get right

Flat Iron Steak with Three Pepper Rub
I created this recipe and just wanted to offer a different spin on it. Replace the brown sugar with peach jello powder, sounds weird but gives a nice back flavor to it.
