Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup
I thought this had a great flavor. It was a bit thin, but it is soup after all. I only had two cans of soup on hand, so I added 3 cups of milk, the entire 1 cup sour cream and probably 1/2 to 3/4 cup of hot sauce to taste. I also cooked the chicken in the butter and hot sauce as suggested. Definitely a keeper!

Shrimp Scampi III
This recipe was very easy to prepare and it ended up having a delicious flavor to it. I cut back the amount of bread crumbs to about 1/3 cup and doubled the amount of sauce. However, the sauce ended up very buttery/greasy and it kept separating. I added the bread crumbs just until it was barely set up and yet the sauce still seemed to take on the texture of those bread crumbs. While the flavor was outstanding, I plan on finding a recipe with a better sauce.
