Cream Cheese Ranch Potatoes
My husband and I loved these creamy ranch mashed potatoes! I followed the instructions without any alterations to the recipe and found it to be just the right blend of ranch, butter, and cheese flavors. Excellent!

Screaming Potatoes
I must have done something wrong because my potatoes came out more like boiled new potatoes without the crunchy outer crust that was supposed to be there. I used a cast iron skillet on an electric ceramic top stove - don't know if that makes a difference. I'd like to try these again though to see if I can get them right.

Rock Salt Roast Prime Rib
My family loved the flavor of this roast although I found that it came out a bit dry (but perhaps I cooked a bit too long). We usually have a pot roast that I cook on the top of the stove so this was a nice change. My husband said that it tasted even better the next day and everyone lightly brushed the mustard/salt concoction over their meat although I found it a bit too salty for my taste. Definitely a keeper for holidays.
