Hot Buttered Rum Batter
This is fabulous! I emailed this recipe to every person I know. I could eat the batter by itself, it is so good. As for a hot buttered rum drink, I don't typically like rum at all, but I swoon over this drink. Highly recommend this recipe.

Classic Yorkshire Pudding
This did not turn out for me. I tried to serve it with the Rock Salt Prime Rib from this site, which prevents the use of pan drippings. So I used bacon drippings as the recipe instructs are a viable option. My pudding didn't rise even the tiniest bit, and it tasted like bacon! I may try again with a roast, and will update my review if I get better results.

Rock Salt Roast Prime Rib
There are so many good reviews for this recipe, I had very high hopes. However, mine turned out very poorly. The salt/mustard never formed any type of crust. I actually had to hold my prime rib under the faucet to wash the salt off. The meat tasted fine, but just as it would have if I had roasted it without doing anything special. Doubtful I will try it.
