Fabulous Fudge Chocolate Cake
Delicious cake. Only change I did was use Star Buck house blend coffee in place of the boiling water. I frosted cake with Carolines Fudge frosting from this website.

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting
It's addicting its so good! I used 3 (1 ounce squares of semisweet chocolate) since that it what I had. Frosting freezes very well in plastic container.

Sandy's Chocolate Cake
Very good cake. Looks and tasted like the cake came from a high end pastry shop. Cake and frosting our not overly sweet so some children may say it tastes weird. Adults appreciate the unique taste more than children.
