Bacon Wrapped Pork Chops
This was ok, but rather bland. I seared the chops as some other reviewers recommended, and I used 1" chops which I baked for 45min. They came out tender, just not very flavorful. I used Ragu double cheddar sauce. I think real cheese would have been better. The pork needed a dry rub of some sort.

Pepperoni Penne
My husband and I absolutely loved this recipe. I used a large can of crushed tomatoes since fresh tomatoes are out of season right now. I also used basil instead of parsley. It was a bit spicy for my kids.

Pinwheel Pizza Loaf
Everyone who tries this meatloaf raves about it. My dad ate half the recipe the first time I made it. I use proscuitto instead of deli ham.
