Moroccan Lentil Soup
This was easy and tastes great! I used a can of Rotel plus the cayanne and the heat was perfect! It makes a very large pot of soup though so you may want to cut it in half if you are just feeding yourself.

Lemon Curd Bars
This was one that EVERYONE enjoyed! This is a bar that you have to eat with a plate and fork not a hand held food. I made no alterations to the recipe.

Hot Bean Dip
I used reduced fat cheeses and Hot taco seasoning and it was great! It's also a good filler for bean burritos.
