I am a mother and wife. I enjoy getting outside to state parks. I would prefer to walk than drive, but the city arrangement doesn't really allow it where I live. I really prefer to bake than cook. I like making cakes and desserts but you can't have that for a meal. I cook out of necessity when my husband isn't home. He really enjoys cooking. I do okay with anything if I have a recipe though. Not having to be the one to do it. Chicken Cordon Bleu Anything seared. Chicken Almondine. Horrible....
