I made this and it was very good. I took someone else's advice and used a sandwich bag to fill the manicotti noodles by cutting a corner and squeezing it into the noodles. Just be sure to use a good quality sandwich bag, otherwise it doesn't work too well. I did find that I had more filling left over than I had manicotti noodles, so I would say to boil a few more noodles than the recipie calls for.

I made this twice now and it is great. The 2nd time, I used more jelly and walnuts because the first time I made it, it seemed that it could have used more. It was excellent.

This was great. I did use more pomegranate than it called for and I thought it was better with a little more. I made it for x-mas dessert and it was a hit. I even used Brown sugar from splenda to save a little on the sugar. It turned out great.
