Fantastic. I made a smaller roast, since it was just a fancy dinner for me and my husband, and I adjusted the times accordingly.

This is my all time favorite recipe and make it every other week. The only change I've made is that I use frozen corn instead of canned and I use 4 frozen chicken breast...I can never remember to take them out of the freezer ahead of time - and I've never noticed a difference by using thawed or frozen chicken.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

These turned out great! My only advice to others is to bake only 12 minutes and not to grease the cookie sheet. I don't know why it suggested it. It doesn't need it.
