Megan's Granola
This was great! I made it today. I followed the recipe with a few exceptions. I used flax meal for the wheat germ since we are allergic to wheat. I replaced the walnuts with cashews. I didn't have maple syrup, so I used a bit more honey and I used 1 cup of brown sugar. After it was done baking, I pressed it into the pan while it cooled. This gave me some great clumps! I think next time I might add some pecan halves as well as the finely chopped pecans. My son, who is SUCH a picky eater and hates nuts really likes it! Yay!
