Blueberry Scones
good and easy to make. I would prefer them a bit sweeter but my husband loved them just the way the recipe dictates.

Cheese Enchiladas
We modified it quite a bit based just on what I had on hand, but this was the base! I used 4 cheese spaghetti sauce, flour tortillas, and cheese. Delicious!

Shaped Vanilla Cookies
YUMMY! They are a bit sticky but I refrigerate them for a couple of hours before rolling them out and they work great. We like this recipe so much, I add things like chocolate chips to it.
