Italian Bow Tie Supper
Added more stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce to the recipe. Bought those with Italian spices and then added the spices the recipe called for. Used a pound of bison meat that gave the recipe a different flavor. Hubby liked it so much he had a second plate.

Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Didn't change the recipe at all and my husband loved it. We will be making again.

Oven Fried Potatoes II
We used potatoes we received from the CSA instead of baking potatoes. Instead of vegetable oil we used canola oil. Also used sea salt and fresh ground pepper. After they were done baking we topped them with fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Tasted really good. We will be making them again.
