Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

I normally don't like skin in my mashed potatoes, but this was delicious! Used a 4 cheese mix and roasted my garlic as suggested. Paired so well with Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops I made.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Yum! Made with chocolate fudge pudding. Took about an hour to bake. Topped it with some homemade marshmallow ice cream for an anniversary dinner and my boyfriend loved it!

French Pastry Pie Crust

delicious!! i didn't think i could make my own pie crust but i did and it was easy. I used splenda and put the shortening in the freezer for half and hour as suggested in articles. made a 4 berry pie(blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry). complemented well! will use again!

Blackberry and Blueberry Pie

delicious! Made my subsitutions. I used a frozen blueberry, blackberry, raspberry mix, and then added some fresh strawberries. I used splenda and also added some cornstarch via other users. Also added some extra cinnamon because I love it. I also used the French Pastry pie crust recipe on this site, which was wonderful. very flaky and suited the pie. will definitely make this pie again!

Smooth Sweet Tea

MMMMM!!! yummy! I love sweet tea at local restaraunts and have been craving some because it's getting hot. Decided to make some today and boy I'm glad I did! I used some earl grey tea and only used 4 cups cool water and about 2/3 cup of sugar. I am so pleased!!! I'm going to have to make some more tomorrow for my singing teacher who is from the south. Thanks!

Banana Crumb Muffins

delicious! I made 4 batches yesterday and my family went to town!!! I upped the cinnamon to 1/4 tsp. and used oil instead of butter (as suggested). Only bad part, the crumbs melted right off the muffins! any tips on how to make the crumbs stay crumbs?

Easy French Dip Sandwiches

delicious! made for my boyfriend and he ate 2 in 3 minutes! So easy!! Leave the top bun off so the cheese is nice and melty in the middle!! A keepe!

Bread Pudding II

yummy! like french toast in a pan if i had to compare it to something. put some whipped cream and more cinnamon on top and i loved it. i am going to eat it for breakfast tommorrow with some powdered sugar and a little syrup. yummy!!!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

delicious! I used ghiradelli chocolate and added a bit more cinnamon and chocolate and they just melted in my mouth. My mom thought I put too much chocolate in them, but I love them and I know my boyfriend is going to devour them! Thanks!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Really good taste, but I have to give this one 4 stars because it's much harder than it looks! Couldn't get the raspberry to swirl so it all fell to the center and it didn't bake well. I will probably attempt this again.

Honey Bran Muffins

Good taste but definitely time needs adjusting. the bottoms were burned on all of them. Dough was really tough to pour and had to scooped into muffin pan. Will definitely have a go at them again!

Clone of a Cinnabon

These are the best!! I get requests all the time to make these. Takes a while, but well worth the wait. You could do what I do and cut the dough in fourths and make a bunch of mini-bons and people go crazy!! Better than those frozen ones and definitely just as good, if not better, than cinnabon!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

If my family is getting together, they always beg me to make this dip. My siblings, who hate vegetables, eat thiswith a spoon out of the baking dish. I use minced garlic instead and always add extra cheese. So good with tortilla chips. Better than anything I eat at restaraunts!!

Pecan Pie Bars I

Delicious! Made these for my boyfriend's birthday today and my family almost ate all of them before he could get one! Pretty simple. Followed suggestions to cut down to 24 bar serving size. Added some chopped chocolate to some and very rich. Definitely a keeper!!!! My dad's new favorite dessert!!!
