Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

tried this recipe tonight and got a thumbs up, I used a rack of pork, cooked it for 2 hours, basting with the sauce every 15 minutes didn't add any salt in the sauce as the soy sauce makes it salty enough for us....fantastic will be using thie recipe often.

Chicken In Basil Cream

great sauce, I didn't have any fresh basil on hand so I used 1 tablespoon of chopped basil (from supermarket refrigerated cabinet, just as good as fresh) also substituted 1/2 jar of roasted red capsicum (pepper) for the pimento. Have made this with full cream and also with light cream, fantastic either way

Holiday Chicken Salad

great recipe, I used it on sandwiches for a function and everyone wanted the recipe the only change I made was red pepper in place of green, I also used a rotisserie chicken.

Brick-Oven Pizza (Brooklyn Style)

The best pizza I have ever made, I couldn't wait 16 hours to try so used the dough after 8 hours. I put pizza sauce on the base, then added sliced mushrooms,onion,red pepper and bacon,then topped with mozzarella, dried red chilli flakes and drizzled with olive oil, crust was crispy but not hard....fantastic

All American Apple Pie

not the best apple pie I have tried ...Pastry too sloppy and apples not cooked even though I cooked it longer than the recipe.

Panna Cotta with Berry Sauce

great recipe, most recipes for panna cotta use sheet gelatine and it is not so easy to find as powdered. I'm not a fan of frozen berries and fresh are not available so I served it with rhubarb and strawberry compote. ( strawberries available all year in Australia)
