Well, cakes! I love to decorate them, espcially doing gateaux! But, the savory side if very fun as well...
Salmon, steak, chicken, mushrooms (portabello and crimini, pasta, sauces, aromatics, gorgonzola cheese...GARLIC!!!!!!!! Pepper rubs and OH! I just love it!! I'm more of a Italian-American girl when it comes to cooking.

Sweet potato pie that i am trying to perfect! Also our famil'y rolls and my mother au gratin potatoes and her quiche and ribs!

Well, so many to name! I actually burnt eggs by overscrambling for my boyfriend once...ouch! But i see it as a learning experience!
