My favorite things to cook
I love making cookies - any kind (except oatmeal raisin, because my husband HATES them!). I also love making pastas (Greek Chicken Pasta and Chicken Tequila from this site!), and chicken dishes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom is Italian, and makes the BEST meatballs ever! My Dad was a throw-it-together kinda guy, and it was always delicious.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins
AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I made this with butter recipe yellow cake mix, and a can of pumpkin pie filling. I added in a chopped green apple and a chopped red apple. Then I made a crumb topping with sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter. Mmmmmmmmmm!!!! They were gone in a day! THANKS!!! :)

Classic Waffles
Good batter, but this is a PANCAKE batter, NOT a waffle batter. Disappointing when you're wanting waffles. :( Too much vanilla, too.
