Savoiardi I
Pretty good recipe, but time consuming if you are thinking of making tiramisu. I'm buying store bought next time. I did lower the oven temperature to 350 F since 375 was just too high to bake the fluffy dough needed for savoiardi.

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies
I heard of this recipe back when Gopher, Pine and listservs ruled the internet. In fact, I've been baking a similar recipe to this for years. The original recipe found on the snopes website is the one I received and follow to a tee. The one given here on allrecipes call for dropping the dough on a spoon. I love rolling it into balls and also grinding the oatmeal into a fine powder. I recently made this recipe and my boss ate 25 of the 36 cookies I made. Delicious!

Creamy Blueberry Pie
Excellent pie! The whole crowd at work devoured it and sang praises. I used fresh farm blueberries and made sure to cut out all stems. I also added a hint of Nissley vanilla to the sour cream mixture and some cinnamon in the topping mixture.
