Zucchini Bread VI
Very moist and yummy, but lacking something...Nutmeg or cloves maybe. Personally it didn't seem to have enough salt so I served with salted butter. The butter made a difference!Overall it was tasty and worth trying! By the way it cooks beautiafully!!

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler
Okay so i cheated, i didn't use homemade crust, i didn't have the time.......BUT it still turned out great! The only thing I did differently was cut back on the sugar, it called for 2 cups white sugar, but I cut it back to 1 1/2, but i'm not to big on sweet stuff, plus the less sugar the better for us people watching our weight ;-) Overall very tasty, but one question, how do you measure three pounds of peaches? I just filled the baking pan until the amount of peaches satisfied me.

Lemon Syllabub
Very good!! I have actually heard and made this recipe before I came upon this one and thought it was quite good! It is a very light and dessert with just enough tartness and sweetness. The perfect LIGHT dessert to top off a Thanksgiving meal.
