Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
Wonderful muffins! I made many of the recommended changes. I added more spices to the batter (1/2t allspice, cloves, 1 t nutmeg, 1/4 t ginger). It would have been bland without these. I used 15 oz of pumpkin, and substituted canola oil. Somehow I messed up the streusel. I may oats to it next time.

Beefy Lentil Vegetable Soup
Delicious. I added some crushed red pepper flakes. I used my slow cooker for about 6 hours on low.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza
Delicious. I used left over "Buffalo Chicken Rolls", substituted blue cheese for blue cheese dressing and used a Pillsbury crust. I used Tabsaco for the hot sauce. Next time, I will go to the trouble to make my own crust. There will be a next time.
