Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I made this as written, and it's pretty good! As other reviews have stated, it does get a bit dry, so next time I will add some milk. And reduce the amount of bread crumbs, I have no idea why I added the massive amount it called for! (I'm sure this is just the author's taste, it's not a big deal.) Also I will use an immersion blender to mix the cheeses SMOOTH next time. Sorry, I just like my mac and cheese creamy. BUT if you just make this as written, it is still very good!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce
This will work in a pinch, but it's far from five stars! Much too sweet, and still retained that tinny taste from the tomato paste.

Easy Alfredo Sauce I
I made this according to the directions, cream, freshly grated Parmesan, and all. Added slowly over medium heat while whisking. It thickened in about twenty minutes and became grainy. What am I doing?? It still tasted great, but I would not serve it to company because of the texture. For a while it was not grainy, but it was also too thin to serve. So confused.
