Irish Tea Cake
Just wonderful, really is a keeper. It turned out moist wth crisp edges. I opted to use almond flavoring and slivered almonds. FIVE Stars. Thank you , thank you

Asparagus and Ham Casserole
Very good. I did not have any rice but had just made wide noodles for soup. So I used them. Fantastic sauce and topping. I will try chicken next time.
