Baked Egg Cups

So easy and everything in the house! Pam spray in muffin tin. Put a slice of thin sliced ham, break an egg in the ham lined cup. Add salt and pepper. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees. When finished add a little bit of sliced green onion and cheese. I used cheddar. I am definitely making these again.
