Egg Noodles
I don't know what I did wrong. Followed this recipe exactly, turned out a gluggy sticky mess. Added a whole lot more flour to it but it was still very sticky and hard to work with. Let it sit for about half an hour...still couldn't work with it. I ended up not using it, fearing that the result would be a tough rubbery noodle...
