These Scalloped potatoes were super easy to make and they turned out perfect...even better the next day...this recipe is definitely a keeper

This is some authentic Jamaican Oxtail. The Slow cooker worked perfectly! I followed everything in this recipe except I washed the oxtail with vinager and lemon juice first and then rinsed clean. I also used a tsp of caramel browning when frying the oxtail at the beginning. I absolutley recommend this recipe my friends and family loved it!

This is the first trinidadian recipe on this website that i really believe is better than my mom's! It was amazing! I've made it several times and everyone goes crazy for it. I use half a table spoon of caramel browning instead of brown sugar it gives more colour to the chicken and it cuts down on the excessive sweetness but other then that everything is perfect.
