Egg Salad Sandwiches
I thought this was delightful. As written, it has a little too much dill for my (and my family's) taste - so I did 1/2 tsp. Also used very finely chopped onions (2 Tbsp) instead of dried. The original recipe has too much mayo, so I did about 3/4 C. and then also added in 2 more eggs. Also added in 1 stalk very finely chopped celery. If you let this sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight it is WONDERFUL. (add paprika too!) I love this on a piece of toasted bread, openfaced.
