Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Delicious! I changed a couple of things, and they turned out well. I used 1/2 C. whole wheat flour instead of white, and I used only light brown sugar. The batter definitely needs refrigeration for about an hour so that the cookies don't spread too thinly. Also, go easy on the grease on the cookie sheet or the cookies will spread too much.
