Sandy's Chocolate Cake
This was the BEST cake. Very rich but not too sweet. I added a bit of Kahlua to the frosting...Yummm. Also, I ran out of sour cream but substituted a bit of plain yogurt. It made the icing a bit runny, but once cool it was perfect. Must serve with ice cream!

Clare's Whole Wheat Potato Bread
This is a great recipe! I used it to make hamburger buns. Very chewy and delicious! The dough is very sticky but resist the urge to keep adding flour since that will make them heavy. Once they are on the cookie sheet they bake up perfectly. Beware...they grow a lot while baking so leave plenty of space!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Delicious! I changed a couple of things, and they turned out well. I used 1/2 C. whole wheat flour instead of white, and I used only light brown sugar. The batter definitely needs refrigeration for about an hour so that the cookies don't spread too thinly. Also, go easy on the grease on the cookie sheet or the cookies will spread too much. Awesome cookies!
