Almond Bars

My mother-in-law gave me this recipe years ago and I love it. Hers is just a little different. On top she sprinkles a small bag of sliced almonds and colored sugar. They look and taste very festive!!

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup

I am not a big peanut butter fan but was feeling adventurous and tried this recipe. It's delicious! I made it just like the recipe stated and nothing more needed to be added to the soup. Thanks for the recipe.

Vegetarian Lime Orzo

I made this recipe but instead of using orzo as the pasta I left that out and served the sauce over angel hair pasta. It was delish!! I also like a little more kick so instead of stewed tomatoes I used tomatoes and chilis in a can. I'll be making this again.
