Im a preschool teacher, with 2 sons both in preschool also. I love cooking, whenever Im stressed I try a new recipe and inmediately I get relaxed. Baking....specially breads, there is something magical in baking bread. I also like to prepare appealing food for my kids in order of they eat healthy food. My dad's family came from Germany, so Christmas with tons of cookies and gingerbread houses is a most. There are always the favorite ones, but also try at least one new recipe every year. I dont know,... every single compliment about my cooking is a triumph. I really enjoy watching all dishes empty. I will never forget the first cake I baked when I was like 10 years old...I opened the oven door before time and my cake simply fell down..it looked like a tortilla! :)
