Sweet little buddy
About this Cook
I'm happily married & a stay-at-home mom of a 4-year-old son. We have another son on the way!
My favorite things to cook
Everything!!!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I come from an Italian & Sicilian family, so we love to cook big for get-togethers.
My cooking triumphs
1. Becoming skilled at duplicating some of my grandmother's recipes. 2. Baking a huge assortment of Christmas cookies while chasing after my son who was 2 years old.
My cooking tragedies
Quiche Lorraine that I made over 10 years ago. Everything sunk to the bottom, and the crust was so soggy. I was dating my husband at the time, and to this day he still talks about it.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Very, very good. I used it to frost a red velvet cake.

Baked Havarti Chicken
Awesome! Went perfectly over white rice. I used only 1 can of chilies & used plain Havarti instead of dill. I used white wine instead of white cooking wine. And instead of the garlic salt, I used 2 cloves of garlic (minced) + some Kosher salt. Next time I will double mushrooms & sauce because we just couldn't get enough of them!

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning
Wow this recipe is great! Made awesome sandwiches the next day, too.
