This is so delicious!!! It is very creamy with great flavor. I didn't change a thing though next time I might try it with rasberries. Excellent recipe!

Clark's Quiche

The most excellent quiche I have ever had! I made this for a baby shower and everyone devoured it! I made it just as the recipe said, and it turned out perfect! I did halve the recipe to only make one, but I wish I would have had two. I also baked it for about 6 minutes longer, and I prebaked the pie crust for 6 minutes. Yum!

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

This recipe was excellent! I followed the recipe exactly except I only used three large chicken breasts, which was plenty of chicken. I also didn't have half n half so I used whipping cream. It was very creamy and easy to make. It makes a lot though!! Good for leftovers!

Chicken Milano

Delicious and quite simple! I used half n half instead of heavy cream, but I ended up having to add several teaspoons of corn starch to the sauce to get it as thick as I wanted it. I also added sauted portabella mushrooms and doubled the recipe for the sauce. It was the perfect amount for 4 to 5 servings.

French Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2007
The first time I made this bread it turned out wonderful. I have made it two times since, and it has been a disaster. I don't know what I am now doing wrong. When I go to cover the bread with a damp cloth to let it rise again, the cloth sticks to the dough and as I pull the cloth off, the dough flattens. I have followed the recipe precisely both times so I am not sure why the cloth is sticking to the dough. Can anyone help?
