Swiss Chicken Casserole I
I thought this would have turned out better than it was, especially after reading all the great reviews. I followed the recipe and subbed white wine for the milk. It was ok, but nothing outstanding. I guess I didn't like all the soup that seemed to "lay" on top. On the positive, it WAS very easy to make.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
This was good, but a the chicken was a bit dry on the ends. I added some sour cream, onion and breadcrumbs to the filling and that was good. Will try again with other suggestions.

Easy Pork Chop Casserole
I used chopped onions instead of the onion soup and still was excellant. I used a grill pan to brown the chops and got the nice browning in the pan which I'm sure added to the flavor. Make again!
