SOOOO GOOD!! Everyone loved it.
I sprinkled garlic and pepper on the loin and then lightly browned it in a pan. Then I used the sauce mixture (with only 1tsp of ginger cause I was scared) and poured that over the loin in a glass casserole dish. I covered tightly with tin foil and cooked in oven for 40 minutes at 325. For the last two minuted or so I took off the tin foil and put broiler on high to add some color to the loin. Once again, SOOO GOOD!! Even the three year olds loved it!!
