Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
I thought this was wonderful...We love spicy foods and cilantro is one of our favorites. We will definately be making this again!
I didn't have the salsas specifyed but used regular salsa and added a few jalapano slices and part of a green chile. Worked great!
