Carol's Chicken Salad
Very good chicken salad! I did make it without the onion ~ my kids wouldn't touch if I had put them in ~ and it was still delicious!

Egg Salad Sandwiches
Good recipe. A little heavy on the mayo for my taste, and I use 12 eggs not the 8 called for. Didn't have any dill so I added some juice from the pickle jar. That was a good addition. Most of my kids enjoyed it (nearly impossible to make something they all enjoy!).
