Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

This is by far the best salad I have ever made. Ignore those who didn't like it, maybe they didn't follow the instructions? I omitted the poppy seeds and almonds (as others suggested) and used toasted pine nuts and sesame seeds instead (without butter), added blue cheese and used Splenda instead of sugar. Well lets just say that my husband and I basically ate this for dinner and left the chicken for the next nights leftovers. I even ate the small leftover salad portion for breakfast the next day! Will definitely make again, and again and again......

Lemon Pepper Green Beans

This is the best green bean recipe that I have found! My husband and I loved it!! I used the juice of one lemon and some seasoned pepper in place of the lemon pepper seasoning and it was fabulous!! Will definitely make again!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Simply wonderful. I modified the recipe slightly based on other reviews. I used the 1 cup butter, doubled the lemon, used 1 Tbsp of Old Bay, and 3/4 cup of white wine and only baked for 8 minutes. I served it over Angel Hair pasta and my family devoured it.

Chicken and Mushroom Chowder

My husband and I thought this was too bland also. I will try one more time with this recipe before tossing. Would add more pepper and a bouillion cube and 3/4 cup of frozen peas with the milk.

Lisa's Easy Chicken

This dish is quite good, however, I made it according to directions the first time and found it to be way too peppery. I will cut the black pepper down to 1/2 tsp. next time. Also followed others suggestion of switching garlic salt for garlic powder and glad I did, otherwise may have been too salty. I would also suggest using a small to medium red onion as in my dish the onion was slightly overpowering.

Parmesan Fondue

This was a huge hit at my very first fondue party! It was so good I had to delay dinner because my guest would not stop eating! I served this with the french bread and cubed celery.

Mushy Peas I

I was a little skeptical at first, but was this really good! My five year old daughter (the picky one) even asked for seconds! My husband enjoyed as well and he won't usually eat any vegetables.
