Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
This is by far the best salad I have ever made. Ignore those who didn't like it, maybe they didn't follow the instructions? I omitted the poppy seeds and almonds (as others suggested) and used toasted pine nuts and sesame seeds instead (without butter), added blue cheese and used Splenda instead of sugar. Well lets just say that my husband and I basically ate this for dinner and left the chicken for the next nights leftovers. I even ate the small leftover salad portion for breakfast the next day! Will definitely make again, and again and again......
