Indian BBQ Chicken
I have made this several times now. I really love it. I baked at 400 degrees and until they reached 179 degrees. Great flavor, will experiment with other flavors in the near future, but I think this is fantastic!

Shredded Potato Quiche
I enjoyed this. Be sure to cook the potatoes until they START to brown before adding the egg mixture. Add vegetables if you like. It is really wonderful!

Lemon Icing
I too made a lemon sheet cake from a box and did not have any frosting. So I made this. I think next time I will use lemon extract instead of the Vanilla. Also, I put in some lemon zest from the yellow of the lemon before I juiced the lemon. This is great and creamy!
