This really is a tasty barbecue sauce - one that I will use again. Used it with my pulled pork recipe and it was great! My husband commented also about how good it was. I agree to cook it for alittle bit to help the flavors mix in really well.

Peppermint Punch

This is so pretty for the holidays. I tried it and we loved it. Only difference is you need more ice cream otherwise I felt it was too watery and not much of a peppermint taste. Very yummy - even poured alittle heavy whipping cream in it. It's perfect for a party!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

After making this stuffing in the crock pot it will be the only way I make it now! Came out GREAT - and my guests were asking for the recipe. I did use less broth then it called otherwise I think it would of been too soggy. Next time I need to make more because we only ended up with alittle for left overs.

Scrumptious Strawberry Shortcake

I was wanting to make a special strawberry shortcake and read the great reviews for this one. Well I was disappointed. To me it did not even taste like shortcake - pretty dry and uneventful for presentation. Will not make it again.

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

This is an awesome cake! We had an exchange student living with us from Mexico and she said this was her favorite type of cake expecially for her birthday. So I made this one and she expressed that it was even better than she gets back in Mexico. I go alittle less on the liquid because I think too much liquid sits at the bottom. Very good - a very sweet cake and light cake!

Sausage and Potato Breakfast Skillet

Tried it this morning for a breakfast dish and was very pleased! Only thing I did different was I cooked the sausage, onion and green pepper the night before. In the morning put this mixture with the potatoes and baked in the oven 375 for about 25 minutes - adding cheese the last few minutes. Easier and very good too!! It's a keeper.

Cheese Please Fondue

If you are looking for an easy and yummy cheese recipe - then this is it. Everyone really loved it and you can taste just a hint of the ranch dressing. Very good! I would even make it again just as a dip without using my fondue pot.
