This was fabulous!!! I did take other's advice and up the oven temp to 400 and it took about 40 min to brown up nicely. I also added the cinnamon to the topping.

I made these over the weekend and every single person there asked me for a copy of the recipe. They were great!!! I followed Cathy M.'s review from Jul. 5, 2007, using her dry rub recipe. I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. BJ's wholesale club has the best price and the ribs from BJ's are great also.
