I make cookies to give away every christmas and these are always a favorite! This recipe is great! One thing that I do is put chocolate and peanut butter kisses in the center instead of plain. They don't hold the kiss shape but they make cute little buttons for peanut butter freaks like me to enjoy even more :)

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Yum Yum! Very delicious! I served it with cheese, lime wedges and tortilla chips. I don't make soups that often but this one goes into the rotation :)

Blackberry Cobbler

This was so good!! I never tried to make a cobbler before, but it was easy, and very pretty. Everyone loved it, I think I will try a blackberry and raspberry mix next time :)

Anniversary Chicken I

Dessert Crepes

Yum! My hubby (who likes to make fun of me for burning things) said "aren't crepes supposed to be hard to make?" ha-ha ... but anyway these were very easy and came out perfect! Still delicious after freezing. Thanks :)

Heavenly White Cake

This is the first time I've made a cake that was edible! I'm still learning baking cakes, and mine was just a little flat, although that's probably because I tried to beat the egg whites by hand, and then forgot to add the vanilla/almond extract until the batter was already in the pan ... but I'm counting this as a success anyway! Thanks :)
