I am an Invertebrate Paleontologist, a "mom" to my Mercury, and a loving wife! I never thought I would be the kind of girl to cook a full dinner every day ... Any kind of dessert! I love baking cookies :) My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving, I love having tons of people over and cooking a meal fit for an army! Since I've been married, I have perfected my fried chicken, chicken flautas, chicken enchiladas, lemon chicken, macaroni and cheese, and a few cookie recipes. Home-made (red) pasta sauce.
