Seared Scallops with Tropical Salsa
I loved this recipe, and it is perfect for summer. I did not have cilantro so I made the salsa without it and it still came out delicious. My husband and baby loved it, my 4 year old did not and I was surprised since he will eat shrimp.

Savory Chicken Breasts
Better as the original recipe than with some of the suggested changes. My whole family LOVES this, and I have made it several times since first trying.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
I made this exactly as the recipe stated and my family would not eat it. Very bland, and the cheese made it greasy. I was extremely dissappointed after all the rave reviews.
