I am 22 years young and have been in the kitchen since i could stand. Well, that may not be true, I'm sure i was in there lots in a walker, slobbing on bisciut crackers while my mom was whipping something up. I have been experimenting with food since i was allowed to operate the stove. I've made some complete disasters and some harminous delights. I absolutey love to cook with chicken. It's so versatile. Sweet, spicy, sour, bold.. so many things can be concoctied! I never said I could spell, though! I also love avacado's I've done some interesting things with them. My grandmother was the best baker I, or anyone who met her, ever knew. In a family of ten kids, I guess you'd have to be pretty creative and versatile to please at least half of them! My Hoeny BBQ Chicken is a crowd pleaser. Any one who has tried it, has tried to get the recipe from me. So I decided to finally post it. Try it, You'll love it! Too many to even begin. I made calimari once. Enough said.
