Egg and Cheese Puffs
OMG! Super easy and delicious!!! I don't know why but, just like others here, I forgot to add the butter!! They were just as good. I love that they're already individually portioned off in the muffin liners. Will definitely be making these again.

Quinoa and Black Beans
My family really enjoyed it. I on the other hand, ehhh not blown away by it. I didn't make any modifications, simply not to my liking.
