Almost No Fat Banana Bread
I have been using this recipe for almost 5 years and love it. Most of the time I follow it exactly as it is written, although I occasionally will add vanilla and nutmeg as well. Never had a problem with it. It is a very dense bread and is great for breakfast with a cup of coffee. Out of all of the banana bread recipes I have tried, this is my favorite because it is delicious, and healthier for you than your average banana loaf. 5 stars!

Asparagus Puff Pizza
It was tasty. but if you cut and arrange the asparagus as directed in the recipe. it is hard to serve and harder to eat. Next time, we are going to run the asparagus through the food processor really quick to get more of a sauce for the asparagus layer. The top cheese puff is delicious, and the mustard gives it a surprise kick. Everyone, including our toddler. loved it!

Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos
We love this. I found this recipe a few years ago, and it is everyone's favorite now. I added a can of refried beans mixed with about 1/4 cup milk to them to make them a little more filling. Put the beans on the chips, then the chicken and so forth.
