Barley Bake
Great recipe to start with! I made the following changes: no mushrooms (personal preference), added 1 can of drained, rinsed garbanzo beans, added 1 pkg of frozen spinach, doubled the barley and broth amounts. Turned into an excellent main dish, with plenty left over for lunches the next two days for work!

Pudding Chocolate Chippers
These are a bit too sweet for my taste, however they were a big hit with the family, so I will be making them again. Maybe using dark chocolate chips would cut down on the sweetness.

Zucchini Cheese Garlic Appetizer
I was looking forward to this recipe based on the reviews, but after trying it I wasn't impressed. It definitely needed to cook longer than the instructions, and I found the cheese/onion/garlic flavors to be overpowering. Between my husband and myself we have eaten approximately 1/6 of the pan, and will likely not eat the rest :(
