Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Yum! I made for a party. Many people said that they had never had anything like it before. I had several requests for the recipe. I can't wait to make it again. It was a little runny. I cut the sugar in the glaze and the cinnamon/sugar in half, added peaches and blueberries. A huge hit!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

If you're in a hurry, just buy a roll of cookie dough. With the Reeces cup, it is hard to tell that the dough is not homemade.

Sticky Monkey Brains

Really good! I tried it 1st in a large bunt pan - didn't want to go out and buy 6 small ones. It didn't cook through and I ended up dumping it into a pan and cooking it an extra 15 minutes for the middle/top to cook. The 2nd time I made it, I just used a cake pan and it turned out great. I also used 1 package of Grands Cinnamon Rolls and 1 regular size roll of bisquits mixed together. Then I drizzled the icing on top just before serving. They were AMAZING and got rave reviews from guests.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

It was ok. The cheddar cheese didn't melt into the cottage cheese and didn't stick to the pasta. It wasn't the creamy melty cheesey mac 'n cheese that I was expecting.

Pecan Pie V

Very yummy and easy to make. The only thing I didn't care for was the crusty film that formed on top of the pecans. Still a wonderful, easy recipe!

Strawberry Tiramisu Trifle

Excellent. This is the perfect light summer dessert. I make it for all summer get togethers now and there are never leftovers. My guests give it rave reviews.
