Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing
Really good icing. I made it to ice my daughters bday cake had several people ask me for my recipe.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
Excellent Recipe. I can't handle much heat, so I cut the cayenne in half. I served this at a pitch-in and had several people ask for the recipe.

Elegant Orzo with Wilted Spinach and Pine Nuts
Great recipe! I'm not a big fan of feta and found it overwhelming, so when I made it a 2nd time, I just sprinkled a bit of feta, along with some diced fresh mozzerella and it was excellent!
