Pumpkin Mochi
It was really good. Kinda like eating a cake only it was mochi-like-chewy. I would call it cake rather than mochi though. But overall great!!!

Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Rolls
Delicious! just what i was looking for. All i would change is double (or triple) the recipe. They're even good when they're cold. And really easy to make.
